1:1 Online Coaching – Terms & Conditions
1.
Membership Overview
You’re signing up for high-touch, personalised support to help you reach your goals. This includes:

Custom training & nutrition plans
-
Weekly check-ins
-
Direct contact with your coach via [insert method e.g. app or WhatsApp]
-
Progress tracking and adjustments
2.
Minimum Term & Cancellation
-
You’re committing to a minimum of 12 months.

After that, it rolls monthly until cancelled with 14 days’ notice in writing.

No refunds or early exits during the minimum term. You’re in, or you’re not.
3.
Coach Access & Responsiveness
-
We don’t live in your phone 24/7 — you’ll get responses within coaching hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5).

Respect the boundaries. This isn’t Amazon Prime coaching.
4.
Payments
-
Billed monthly via auto-renewing direct debit.

You must keep payment details up to date.

Late or failed payments may pause coaching until resolved.
5.
Pausing Membership
-
Can only be paused for serious stuff (injury, illness, major life event) with proof.
-
14 days’ notice required and pauses don’t reduce the 12-month contract.
6.
Client Conduct
-
Be honest, show up, and do the work.

If you ghost us for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to remove you with no refund.
